In Health coaching, we delve into your nutritional habits and discuss your goals on how you want to improve your health, looking at your overall well-being.
I believe in the power of nutrition; a physique well-fed and exercised supports the body and mind, and provides an overall feeling of well-being. I do not believe in strict diets, rather in creating the right mindset and food mentality. Nutrition is the fuel of individual energy, which can be different for everyone.
I offer 1-hour private sessions, in-person / by phone or video (based on your preference).
The introductory session is always complementary and serves as an evaluation on both sides whether there is a match and I can help you forward. No strings attached.
